Shutting down Binfer is simple. Shut down Binfer by simply clicking on “EXIT” in the left navigation column. You will be prompted to confirm shutting down as you will not be able to receive or send files while Binfer is off. Always try to shut down the Binfer application using this method.

Tip: If Binfer or your device is off, you will not be able to send or receive files.

Important: Avoid having to ‘Force Quit’ the Binfer application while it is sending, receiving, or loading information to avoid corrupting the database. You can tell that Binfer is busy by seeing the CPU spiking via the ‘Task Manager’.
